Shin mao knew he was doomed the moment he had lost sight of mao mao after the adventure he took him on despite the wife's very threatening promise to kill him if something happened to their youngest mao mao.
Shin mao wanted to train mao mao just like his sisters with legendary items suited to each who had gained shown to their mother that thsy could hsbdle it but mao mao was driffrent than his sisters even when he showed the same.
The reason why was some kin of enemies from the family heroic tales and currently villains trying to make a name for themselves while regaining honor for the ancestors had tried to take revenge on the mao clan with a baby mao mao involved.
However not even shin mao know what happened but one angry mother had completely destroyed the villains horrible before he arrived also changed her into complete overprotective to protecting her kids especially to mao mao having to be in centre of it.
And currently the wife had gone off to an long adventure with the daughters as a bonding experience while a teen mao mao had run off to start his own adventure leaving shin mao in a tight spot.
