I think I'm done with my latest new character, Gale the Roc (I am open to a name change).

At least as far as basic looks go. Still need to design an overall outfit, though I am happy with the shoes. I think I'll ink her as she is then use her as a Ref Doll to sketch out new clothes when I get an better idea of what I want. Though I am leaning towards a tank top and maybe a hoodie. Won't go into too much detail about her back story, but she's a Roc, a race of giant mobian birds thought to only exist in myths. However Gale has a special magic relic that lets her change her (and her clothes) size  so she can shrink down to a normal (but still big) mobian stature so she can mingle with society, but retains her giant strength. She's a very energetic, outgoing, sociable girl who hated being alone due to her giant size, so finding the relic that lets her shrink was a wish come true for her. She has used her giant form in public in an emergency to help others, but due to not wanting to scare people or afraid what kind of attention this would attract, she would hide and leave the area very quickly. Eventually she crosses paths with Talon the Raven when the evil Nightwing cult he was tracking down, discover her existence and try to use her. But she and Talon team up to stop them and she joins the raven on his adventures. Her "Normal" size is a clear head taller than most average mobians, while her original giant size is about 60ft. Still got a few more ideas to iron out with her, but I'm happy with how she's coming along. Special thanks to my friends who gave me advice and suggestions during the long process of designing her, mostly her body type.

When I made a big batch of Sonic adopts, I wanted to do a couple birds because I rarely see bird adopts! Sadly they've gotten no attention on Toyhouse or dA, but I still like them

One down, so many to go...

Started making Sonic Channel styled renders to make banners for my characters on Toyhouse, since I found a code that mimics the official site theme!

The BG was directly replicated from Sonic's channel banner, though it's not 100% cause I can only do so much with firealpaca. Had to really fight some pngs to get that halftone pattern to look even half close to what it actually does.

Anyways! This is Pierce! An adopt I ended up keeping. She's a hook-billed kite, but I couldn't for the life of me find that in Japanese so just pasted Hawk from Jet's page ahduuhghudf. The one site I found them mentioned on had every other bird's name but not the kites ahdhfhgjg I cannot speak Japanese whatsoever and had to do educated guesses plus pasting words from actual Sonic Channel bios so. Hopefully it doesn't look completely stupid

I only have the info that she's got a one-sided beef with the Rogues cause a lot of people assume she's a cheater just because she's a bird who races Extreme Gear
