When you spend your day on the road, and time is ticking away as you try to finish all your client appointments. In those moments, what I love to do is pull over to the side of a country road and eat my sandwich (cheese 🧀😁) while enjoying the view during my lunch break, because you have to recharge your batteries 💪

So I realised I never did follow up on the post I made about the mocassins I was making for my dad's birthday.... I did finish them on time and I actually did take progress photos so let's have at it....

So the first bit was attaching the soles to the uppers and then adding the border..

Then onwards to attach the top piece... and pray the broad piece would be broad enough for my dad's giant feet

End then tadah here you have it... a pair of house mocassins my dad ended up liking quite a lot... and yeah, you can laugh a bit at how ridiculously small my feet look in these despite the fact I have a pair of Hobbit feet myself
