I was half asleep when I reblogged the ask post this morning and now I was like “….. 4 messages what does that mean” but aaaah thank you so much for giving me a reason to ramble ♥
Who is your favorite dragon rider?
That’s a no-brainer and 103% Hiccup. I mean he’s the main character and gets the most development so, yeah. Astrid is in 2nd place for the same reason.
Which dragon species is your favorite?
Oh now this is much harder. The art team did such a good job with the character design and there are so many creative designs that I adore. There are 96 species listed in the Wiki and they’re all cool in their own way!!Apart from the obvious choices I fell in love with Cloudjumper the first time I saw him, the Crimson Goregutter from the new movie is shaped like a friend and the Foreverwing from the TV show is just dope.
Which villain is your favorite?
Grimmel. The Red Death is a giant dragon that just wants to eat, Drago is cool but also… pretty bland and the villains from the TV show are a bit too comically villainous for my taste. I really really wish we could have seen more of Grimmels past and his character development because I love the idea of some sort of alternative evil Hiccup as a villain. That was such a clever idea. If we’re talking books though it’s Furious because he made me cry a lot.
Which have you seen/read?
I watched of course all of the movies + the DVD extras listed here, read all the books and watched some of the TV show. I think I’m not up to date with the latest two seasons. I prefer the mature tone of the movies. What I do want to read as soon as possible tho are the comics!!
