When she heard the ding to her phone, the picture that she opened hadn’t been what she was expecting at all.  She could see the hard lines of his body through the white suit and Bobbi could easily fill it in with what she knew by touch.  He looked good and he had to know that she thought the same.  Marc was a tease, but at least he was one with good timing.  The mission with SHIELD had just finished and they were aware of her... unique situation with the Moon Knight, so she left quickly with little explanation needed.  Time apart did neither of them any good.  He had a legitimate reason with Khonshu’s influence when it was not balanced with her presence, but she simply got snappy at people without him.

She was pacing and she knew it. If she had her staves in hand instead of laying them on the bed, she would have been twirling them in the air as her mind continued to work. “Of course I’m not staying here.” she said with a huff of annoyance.  It was rare to see the Bobbi Morse so uncharacteristically bothered, but it was a rare situation. That moronic blond archer whom she unfortunately also called her husband couldn’t see beyond the rose colored glasses to understand why she might have done what she did.  He chose to judge her for it and she couldn’t even look at him without getting a sense of judgement from him.  She wasn’t going to subject herself to that by staying with SHIELD.  “I'll figure out a plan of jobs I can help out with that don't need official SHIELD endorsement or something." That was a shit plan and she knew it, but she didn't have anything else to tell Marc.
