📌 hello, i’m ansley!  because i am 25+ and i enjoy writing heavy/taboo themes (which is always tagged), this blog is 18+.  i’m not shy about it, so if you feel the need to send me hate over it, at least have the balls to turn off anon.  too old to deal with callout drama and i am just here to write.

because i write fifteen different muses from different fandoms, i do prefer people who follow me first to tell me which muse of mine they would like to write with.  that will spare me the anxiety of wondering if i am picking someone you would like.  i have no problem writing closed starters or answering memes.  i want to be sure we’re both happy. i don't follow back until after we've written together, so if you're waiting to be a mutual, don't.

Dryden was far from a morning person and it didn’t matter if he was handover or not. He didn’t like mornings and was at this point probably classed as borderline nocturnal. Looking back at Qi’ra with a slight smile, Dryden touched her cheek before running his hand down her neck. “Good morning, dear.” He sigh, Dryden really did feel more dead than alive at the moment and the idea about food had not even appeared to him yet. “No i’ve not eaten anything yet, but it’s fine.” He added as he listened to Qi’ra. There was no secret Dryden didn’t like it especially much when Qi’ra was gone but there was tasks that she was a lot better at than him. Or at least it resulted in less dead. “Yes, go take care of that. They have been on me long enough that if i go there we’re going to have another problem.”

At least his bad mood hadn’t carried over to the way he treated her.  Sometimes he could be snappy, but this she preferred and relaxed her a bit.  “I’ll have them bring you up a little of everything from downstairs.” and she stepped away to move to the comms panel at his desk with a small smile.  It was not fine and she was hoping it would soothe his mood a little bit after her news and the morning he had had.  “I’ll stay a bit to help you where I can before I leave.” Qi’ra told him before pressing a button to call down to some of the... staff he kept on to have them bring up breakfast.  There were some benefits to life with the Crimson Dawn over the dark hole she lived in on Corellia and even more benefits with staying on its leader’s good side.  She didn’t have much else of a choice.  “No, we wouldn’t want you to have another problem with them.”  Her eyebrow lifted with an amused look because problems usually meant someone ended up dead and clearly he was alive in front of her, so it wasn’t him.

Baiting the hook and leaving a bit of jealousy to prompt Jaina to go into gear. Anakin was no a master manipulator but he had been hoping that his sister would agree. He laughed at the idea of the whole Imperial aristocrats, “these people are the worst, I remember a Thul trying to get me to marry his daughter.” how strange it was to see the difference in the way Jedi were treated. For a time Anakin was embodying his grandfathers legacy and had been a favorite in New Republic media. He laughed as the Imperials space was about to have a real and total shake up. Strutting onwards Anakin mused with his head nodding and a mirth chuckle, “ Your gonna have to step up your fashion game, Or maybe just show up like a spacer girl and sit in the Head of States lap. Just proclaim your territory. But I don’t know, maybe I’ll get to look at some Chiss girls, I have never gotten the opportunity to visit the Chis Ascendency.” 

The worst part about it was she knew her brother well enough to know when she was being manipulated by him and she knew what he was doing now.  She and Jag had tried a few times to really be together, but something always seemed to get in the way.  It would be easier if she didn’t miss the touch of him so much because then she wouldn’t let herself be played so easily.  He may want her, but what if?  Jaina couldn’t risk it as his popularity rose.  “Maybe I’ll do both.”  Because why wouldn’t she and who would tell her otherwise?  Jag would love having her on his lap and he wouldn’t say a word, so as long as her mom wasn’t, she could make it very clear why she had come.  It had nothing to do with malicious intent to spy for her uncle.  She would only be there to make a very pointed comment to the schemers.  “You’ve always had a preference for the blue skin, so I’m not surprised that’s what you’re excited about.” she rolled her eyes at him.  He had a one track mind some times.

If he could press for her happiness then Maybe he would get ahead. this will they won’t they bit got old after the fifth breakup. Anakin was sure that she wouldn’t date the same guy over and over again unless there was something there besides their history could be beneficial. “ Your the daughter of galactic heroes. public opinion can sway about Jedi but you’ve served in the Rouges, Twin Suns and are a galactic hero in your own right. the Galactic Alliance and Empire could be united, hell not since Aunt Mara and Uncle Luke or the vong wars alliances have there been a melding of Imperial and Republic legacies.” He smiled as she gave on before snickering, “ Ha I’m totally getting a holo of you in a dress. it’ll be nice blackmail material.” he teased

No one, especially not some Moff daughter, was going to be lucky enough to ensnare him in an arranged marriage.  Absolutely not.  Jagged Fel was hers and she wouldn’t let them take advantage of her indecision.  “That’s just a bunch of fancy words and titles that say my family are over-achievers and I’m the second best pilot in the galaxy after Dad, but yes.” she chuckled.  It didn’t mean people necessarily liked her, but at least the politicians would think twice before underestimating her.  She might not have all of their subtlety and cunning mindset and didn’t generally get along with them.  The Jedi were warriors and peacekeepers, not rich greedy fat people.  Jaina was going to have to be careful of her mouth if she was going to be staying with Jag.  “You’re not going to get a holo of anything.  I’m not letting you out of your promise to come with me and they’ll just have to deal with having two Skywalker-Solos around.”  If they chose to take it as a political statement and not one of family loyalty, that would be their problem.

All to cement his power though his master kept all the knowledge for himself, the same as always. “ the Empire is the first Galatic Sith empire to not be publically commanded by the sith. Palpatine keep’s his mastery of the force a secret. “ Maul tossed the woman a cristoris edged sword and ignited the inquisitor’s blade, “ Technology.” he showed her as the folded outward into a complete circle and held the blade out a second appeared, and it began to spin like a fan.

That was news to her.  She caught the sword easily, having practiced with them before.  “If he’s the emperor... then the Crimson Dawn works for you and the Empire.”  Her eyes tracked the spinning blades carefully, noting the speed at which they turned already trying to figure out how she planned to move around them.  She was trained to fight and specifically in a form designed to combat lightsabers, but she had never fought him before.  There was still the mental component to deal with and she wasn’t so cocky as to think she would win the first time.  “I’m guessing you won’t tell if that’s the only trick it’s got.”  Qi’ra did want to impress him though and that meant she would need to show him that he should keep training her.

A street rat might always be a street rat, but it was possible to clean one up.  The ponytail had been one of the first things to go and now, she looked the part among the crowd aboard the First Light.  She had to when she spent a lot of her time with Dryden at his side or a step behind his elbow and knew which rooms to look in first once she finished checking in on a few things that he had left her in charge of.  Qi’ra waited until a couple men stepped out before slipping into his large office with a quiet step as the doors closed behind her.  That left them with only the guards and she felt like she had less of a part to play here.  There was no one to fool that she was just a polished rat when he already knew and she came up closer, greeting him with a kiss on the cheek.  “Good morning.  Have you had a chance to eat yet?” she asked him curiously.  Nobody was dead, but he was awake early and it was hard to gauge his mood right away.  “I may have to leave today to handle that issue with the Moffs because they’re getting impatient if you can spare me.”

Sometimes it was hard not to judge what was dark and was too easy for their ,” Yeah well, making a choice for yourself isn’t gonna put you on the Darkside. I think you and Jag ought to give it a chance and try being together.” Anakin chose to be a Jedi, but being a Jedi could be a lot of ways. He smiled a lopsided grin at her, “ Kind of makes you the one who deserves to be empress the most then because you understand its power in ways of helping others. god help us if Jag get’s maneuvered into Marry some Moffs daughter. You could take a long assignment or leave of absence, into Imperial Space. I mean unless another war is about to start.” 

With her fighter and her own droid, it wouldn’t be hard for her uncle to reach her if an emergency came up.  She was the Sword and she had always felt that to mean that she needed to be there with him, doing her part to rebuild the Jedi in his vision.  Her relationship with Jag had always come second and it was a terrifying thought to make a real attempt at it.  “He would never do that.” and she sounded confident about her answer, but the twitching muscle in her forehead gave her away.  As long as he stays single, it may not be up to him with the danger from the Moffs growing.  Logically, it was a sound plan and the Chiss were a logical efficient group.  Maybe she did need to take a long trip with him... “I’m going to have to put on a dress.” she groaned, dropping her head to the console.  “Do not tell Mom about this until after we’ve left.  I don’t want to have to go though fittings or whatever else.”

Dryden’s gace traveled to her arm for a second before going back to Qi’ra’s face. She should probably see a medic just to make sure but… That could wait a little bit still, he wanted to know how everything gone. “I’ll have a medic check on your arm just in case.” He sigh as he squeezed her shoulder so slightly. As long as everything went as it should and he didn’t lose money the concern was real. Smugglers could be replaced and there was always someone who was hungry for an opotunity that could pay them scrap money. “Oh how tragic, what should i do now?” Dryden replied humorously with a voice that just echoed of sarcasm. It was no secret that Beckett always had been more problem than he was worth, only good part was that he tended to be on time…. Most of the time that is. “Great job Qi’ra…..!” Dryden wasn’t going to lose his head today at the very least. “There is a reason why you are my top lieutnant after all.”

Even men like Dryden Vos who was seemingly at the top of the food chain in the galaxy had to answer to someone.  That meant that anyone he was worried about became a concern of hers because her fate was tied to him and the Crimson Dawn.  The marks had been left permanently on her skin and the things she had done for them made it impossible to do anything else now.  She wasn’t just Qi’ra from Corellia anymore.  "Thank you, Dryden.” she nodded her head with a small smile at him, resting her hand gently on his forearm.  In a way, he was the one person in the galaxy whom she knew better than anyone else after staying at his side for so long.  He was in this life, the same as her and she was protected by him with this glamourous life as long as she remained loyal and of use.  Meanwhile he needed someone he could trust to do things when he couldn’t leave the ship.  “Have I missed anything important while I was gone?  Anything you need me to take care of before I go to my room?”  She felt in desperate need of a shower and a change of clothes.

He knew it was coming the kneejerk reaction to being told they could do more then sacrifice, “ The Jedi weren’t allowed to exist in the last empire, if you could now, we could temper them.” there was a lot of reasons he could come up with but he was trying his best to motivate her happiness.“ Even if I don’t take over after uncle Luke cousin Ben will and he will always count you as a Jedi. Your a hero, a hero to everyone in the order and if anyone say’s otherwise their too few to matter. you can make decisions for yourself.” He knew that the darkside was always there and it could flow easily to their family like air. but alas he cared more about her happiness aside from anything else. “ we have served the majority of our lives to a cause, Dad might say he’ll shoot Jag but I think mom likes him.”

He made it sound so easy, but maybe it was something that took dying to see so clearly.  “It’s not whether I can make decisions for myself.” she shook her head. “I don’t know if it’s the right decision to make.”  Their parents were practically The Couple of the galaxy and she was sure that her dad’s old job as a smuggler was easy enough to take time off.  They could easily make time for one another, but it would be different for her.  Major decisions would need to be made if she decided to date or even marry him and Jag’s easy reassurance only helped so much.  “I’m the only woman in the galaxy who would think this hard about becoming an Empress.” the woman chuckled to herself.  She was lucky to have found a man willing to propose to her a second time and she wasn’t sure.  “Maybe once we mastering being able to spend more than a week together at any time.  He and I have to figure that out first.”

Kits mind was restless as he mediated, regaining his strength and focus. He wrestled with his duties as a master to Qi’ra. His mind struggled with the two examples set to him by his own masters. One kind, understanding and fair, the other cruel, bitter and violent. Both had been effective in moulding Kit’s strengths and making him the powerful force user he was today. But how could he do the same for Qi’ra? That was the battle that was waged on his mind for the last few hours. Was Maul’s way better or his master from the days of the Jedi. The war went on and on until he felt the presence of Qi’ra nearing. A victor would be declared, but not today it seemed. “I can feel you’ve regained some of your strength. Not all of it, but more than anyone has any right to after what you experienced.” He did not turn to look at her for a few moments, allowing himself to slowly come out of his mediation. Rising to his feet her turned to greet her. She looked better than before, but that would not be a challenge. Her wounds looked less raw, a good sign that the force was helping mend what it had wrought upon her flesh. Moving to her, he gently and as carefully as one could took one of her hands in his own to look over the scarring. “Unlike anything I’ve seen.” He murmured, mostly to himself but certainly loud enough for her to hear. “I trust in time the pain will leave, but I wouldn’t expect the scarring will ever leave.” He sighed, blaming himself for the current state of her arms. He should not have pushed her too soon. But what’s done is done, he can only move forward. “Come, sit with me.” He let her hand fall from his own as he returned to the centre of the room. Resting cross legged on the floor, he welcomed her to join him. Once they were eye to eye once more, he pulled two lightsabers from his back and laid them in the middle between them. They were the ones he’d gifted her. He’d taken them as she rested, not permanently from her but they would be important for today’s lesson. “We will find the peace you need to master the dark side. So that you may rule it, instead of the opposite. When one becomes a Sith, a ritual is performed to test their commitment. They take their saber or sabers, place their hands upon them and unleash all their anger, hate and venom upon the crystals within. You will be presented with visions, of your past, of your future and of what you could become if you forgo the dark for the light. The Crystal will tempt you with the light. We shall use that, it shall show you the peace you need. I trust you have the will to break through, to use the peace it presents to finally gain full control of your powers. When you’re ready, place your palms on your saber and we will begin.”

Scars were nothing but marked flesh and reminder that she hadn’t been successful right away like she had the first time he had tested her.  She didn’t like seeing them on her skin and she pulled her hands away from him, letting the sleeve fall back over them.  He was being soft and caring and Qi’ra didn’t know what to do when he sighed like that.  This was not his fault.  It was hers and she was getting frustrated simply because he wanted to take blame for the problem that was hers.  She could feel the frustration turning to anger because there was no one else here except the two of them and yelling at herself in a mirror wasn’t the same.  This wasn’t a good time for whatever he wanted to try today.  “No, I’m not going to do it.” she said firmly.  It was the first time she had ever said no to anyone so openly.  Lady Proxima had cared only about loyalty and she had learned to follow orders early on.  With Dryden, it had always been about carefully choosing her words to never let his ego feel bruised.  Their master, Maul, didn’t seem to care much what she did as long as used those lessons learnt to obey him and handle his mercurial mood swings.  She knew what she was and where she had come from.  A street rat from a shitty hell hole planet long forgotten until it was useful again.  What could these Crystals and the Force teach her about peace because of some silly visions?  “I’ve done just fine without knowing the future and without the lightning.  As far as the galaxy is concerned, I have the Crimson Dawn too so we don’t need it.”  She pointedly ignored the lightsabers as she moved past him to find something else to train with now that she was out of bed.  Truthfully, a small part of her was scared about what she might see.  Complete blackness when it was time to view her future?  Her own death?  Qi’ra didn’t want to know.  She had already been hurt by her attempts at this once and she wasn’t interested in mastering an ability that required her search out peace that wasn’t meant for her.  The last thing she wanted was to see what the light could show her about what she could have because it likely would never happen.  She was too far gone in this life now and she had proven that when she let Han leave.  “We’re wasting time with this and I’m going to focus on making sure I can hold my own with something else.”

“Multiple - what?”

The question was startled, and something barely asked. He hadn’t slowed down, couldn’t really slow down. He was moving within her, reaching a rhythm that would be difficult to maintain were it not for her almost immediate reaction. He wanted to focus, tried to focus. He tried to keep in mind the feel of the moonlight on his skin, the voice in his head, the ghost that haunted her dreams. He tried to keep it in mind, but in the moment her nails were there in his back, replacing the scratches left by Tigra with something else entirely. Her cry was in his ears, and he was spilling inside her, thrust deep, body trembling. He groaned as he lowered himself, his face hidden at the crook of her neck.

It was too quick, all of it too quick. He could taste her on his tongue and his lips, he could feel her body clenched around him as he tried to rock his hips, to lengthen that pleasure. This was absurd, every bit of it absurd. He pressed a kiss to her pulse, to the skin beneath her ear. He shuddered once more as he began to slow his breathing. He felt dizzy with it, felt a bit drunk in a way that he rarely ever got. He swallowed hard.

Part of him wanted to apologize. This was meant to be dragged out, dramatic. It was a careful build, not a crashing one night stand. He licked his lips as he blinked, and reluctantly pushed himself back up and off of her chest. He swallowed. She didn’t want his apology, he knew she didn’t want that. He pressed a kiss to the corner of her mouth instead, lingering there, not yet trying to withdraw and put a definitive end to everything.

It didn’t matter that all of his weight was laying on top of her and if she were the type to smoke, she would want a pleased post-sex cigarette as she lay there comfortably with him.  “Give me a couple minutes to breathe and then we can do that again.” she said with a pleased exhalation.  Her legs were still wrapped around his waist and she hadn’t let him pull completely away even though he had already cum.  He wasn’t going anywhere yet and unfortunately for him, she wasn’t happy to let things go when she wanted something.

“You didn’t answer my question.” she smirked at him.  He had been a bit distracted by other things and by his follow up, she wasn’t sure Marc had heard or understood what she was asking.  “Would multiple orgasms be accepted by the god?  Or would I just be selfish for wanting to do that again?”  Surely that was as good for as it was for her or she was just making a huge idiot of herself.

Her fingers moved down his body to run up and down his spine with a lazy touch.  They were both sensitive after that and it didn’t take much to make her shiver, so she figured he was probably the same.  “You shouldn’t look so nervous with me if we’re going to be leaving together.” she smirked, letting him know subtly that even after that, she was still set on her plan to bring him with her.  Of course she was.
