Is it possible to be an ENTJ and ESTJ? I know I have a blend of characteristics of both.
Nope. Only one type at a time. The cognitive functions don’t even match except for dom Te/inf Fi.

I'm an INTJ who's a bit lonely, horrified that I'm sharing my emotions, wants a genuine friend, yet has no clue how to mantain a friendship! I'm 20 and I've never had a friend stay long enough to let me open up. I'd love some good advice. Thank you.
oh snap it’s me sans the 20 part
My advice to you is to actually share your emotions. While it doesn’t have to be overt, you can try to look for a friend in various ways. Generally, what I’ve done is to find someone with a common interest and talk to them about said interest repeatedly. While your conversations with them may seem formulaic, over time they will branch out into other stuff such as personal experiences, thoughts about the universe, etc. It also helps to contact them with some degree of frequency. Not contacting someone for long periods of time leads to a deterioration in friendship. The best thing that I can say is that when you’re with someone that you’re comfortable speaking with and have no idea how the two of you “clicked”, chances are you’ve made a friend for life.

What do you think of an INTJ who ambitious, perfectionist, intelligent, know everything about everyone, yet terrible in academic, have a trust issues due to being abused in childhood and manipulative--friendly yet emotionless, open yet distant?
Thanks for describing me.

Hey there, I took a cognitive function test and got ENTJ but I am actually really introverted? I was not shocked about the "NTJ" part because it applies to me, but when I got extrovert I was surprised af bc I am textbook definition introvert. idk this shit is confusing
Cognitive functions have no correlation with whether or not you’re an introvert or an extrovert. Te as a dominant function means that you’re more inclined to use empirical reasoning, not go to a billion parties in a day.

Olive, blue
Olive: Advice you’d give to a younger person of your type?
Interact with your “inferiors” or whatever term you call them. Get off that pseudo-intellectual high horse. Humans are not that bad, actually. Also, lighten up for once. Someday you’ll look back at you ten years from now and think “oh my god I was so ‘so edgy!!1!!!11!1!’“ Don’t forget to get in touch with your emotions. They aren’t as bad as they seem. Another tip: Make those
Blue: What is your relationship with your inferior function?
Eh... Not developed as well as the rest, definitely. I favor activities that don’t have sensory overloads to them, such as art and archery. But I am starting to take note of my appearance more than in the past. Most of the time, though, I see it more as a hindrance than something that will actually benefit me. (like not buying into makeup/fashion trends because I see it as a waste of money, etc.)

Here is my keys2cognition results... Your impression? Se 23.8 limited use Si 23.7 limited use Ne 43.1 excellent use Ni 17.7 limited use Te 43.1 excellent use Ti 56.4 excellent use Fe 10.3 unused Fi 21.5 limited use ENTP (first type) or INTP / ESTP (I like the idea of being ENTP but I get INTP more often on other tests) (Also, ways to develop? I have to admit, with no knowledge of MBTI, my results seem unhealthy)
In order, your most used functions are Ti, Te/Ne, Se, and Si. Based on your results, you’re most likely an INTP.
As for you liking the idea of being an ENTP, it would be best for you to analyze the functions in-depth so that you can pinpoint accurately which type you are.*
For developing functions, I will tackle your lowest functions, which are Fe, Ni, Fi, and Si.
Fe - Being a kind person for the sake of others. (e.g. practicing social etiquette, doing things for other people, considering the impact an action will have on other people’s well-being, etc.)
Ni - Unconscious searches for meaning. (e.g. visualizing your future, looking at the big picture, finding meaning in symbolism, etc.)
Fi - Figuring out one’s values. (e.g. looking at situations and figuring out which side you are on, judging actions based on morality, acting true to yourself, etc.)
Si - Looking at things through the perspective of the past. (e.g. reminiscing on previous memories, figuring out what is different, learning about your history, etc.)

*Four-letter dichotomy sometimes helps when you want to discern the introverted and extroverted variants of types. (e.g. ENTJ vs INTJ)
INTJ here. There's a girl in class who's thought process is kinda like mine, not exactly, but similar. Which type is the most similar to INTJ?
The ENTJ. Same functions, different order.
INTJ: Ni-Te-Fi-Se
ENTJ: Te-Ni-Se-Fi
Both share the same “find a way or make one” mentality, though the ENTJ is more assertive. If the girl is introverted, then INFJ is your best bet. (Also Ni-Se, though the judging functions are the opposite)

what's the difference between Se and Si?
Se focuses on the here and now. Se is opportunistic, lively, and detail-oriented. However, it’s also impulsive and brash. It does well in works that are sensual, such as sports or design.
While Si is also detail-oriented, it’s focused on the past. Si is more careful than Se and more likely to think about not skydiving because of its fear of heights. Due to this it can also miss out on some opportunities, though Si is dutiful and diligent.

P.S. For the non-metaphorical version, Se is focused on the present. Si is focused on the past.
