Kokichi Ouma from danganronpa?

Makeup: His makeup is technically a mask, but it’s a pretty sick makeup design so i’ll let it slide. He obviously did he research on clown makeup and takes from all sorts of clown styles. Very creative! 8/10

Outfit: He just wears his normal outfit with the addition of a hat and cape. The most clowny thing in his outfit is his scarf. Disappointing. 0/10

Performance: Kokichi takes out his clown energy by pulling pranks on random citizens. Though sometimes it is at the expense/embarassment of the people, which is never a good thing. 5/10

Other: While “performing”, Kokichi breaks clown commandments 1 and 4 since his way of pulling pranks usually involves making fun of others. He breaks 2 since it appears most of the things he does are for personal gain.

marionette miku!

Makeup: For someone who doesn’t have a full time career in clowning, Miku did a spectacular job on this makeup. Fantastic. 10/10

Outfit: Chatoic and clowny! Love her big pants and big bow. Great! 10/10

Performance: Since Miku is a vocaloid, her performance is more often than not singing. Singing is only mildly clowny, but she could hypothetically sing about clowns and clowny activities, so she gets a pass. 8.5/10

Clown Man from Mega Man

Makeup: Your typical clown makeup. Pretty good! 9/10

Outfit: Very colorful and fun. A tad bit too industrial in some places, though. 8.5/10

Performance: Although his original purpose was to entertain, he no longer does such things and instead beats you up. Not good. Not good at all. 0/10

Other: Beating the hell out of people definitely does not follow the clown commandments.

nikola orsinov from TMA?

Makeup: The unfortunate situation arises that, since she is a podcast character, we don't have a lot going for her appearance wise. We don't actually know if she's wearing makeup or not, and the most we get facial features wise is that she is a plastic mannequin, so, presumably, her face is blank. But who knows! Maybe she just puts makeup on her cold hard plastic surface. ?/10

Outfit: Luckily, we actually have somewhat of an idea what she's wearing, that being a stereotypical circus ringmaster's outfit. You can't really go wrong there, so it's safe to say she's a solid 10/10.

Performance: She may perform the part of the clown and do supposedly clown-y things such as dancing, but she also uses these abilities for.... Bad things, to say the least, which completely destroys the good aspects. I'm sorry, Nikola, it's just not appropriate to murder people's brothers while in costume. 0/10

Other: She breaks all commandments except for 7 because of The Unknowing alone. I can appreciate her dedication to clowning, but can she please stop trying to cause the apocalypse? God damn.

Grunkfuss from One Night at Flumpty’s

Makeup: Genuinely can't tell if that's makeup or his actual face. Either way, it's bland but still clown. Also his teeth are horrific. Has he EVER brushed and flossed them? 4/10

Outfit: I cannot tell what he is wearing at all. Is that a strawberry? What is this, veggietales??? His shoes are nice, though. 1/10

Performance: He just kills people. I am so SICK and TIRED of all this clown slander in media these days. 0/10

Other: He definitely breaks all of the commandments. God damn it. Terrible clown, should try looking for a better career path.

Makeup: He doesn't have any makeup. 0/10

Outfit: I mean this in the nicest way possible, but it’s definitely not the most flattering outfit in the world. Still, you can definitely tell it was made by a clown and meant for a clown. That's good enough for me. 7/10

Performance: Man, he sure does perform. Even if some of his performances are in... disturbing taste, to say the least. 5/10

Other: Look, I think I can say that Papi has probably broken every clown commandment at some point, intentionally or not. He sure is a clown, but is he a good one? That is up for you to decide, my clown friends.

Makeup: Three, by the looks of it, does not have any makeup! Unless she supposedly has lipstick on, then she didn't put in enough effort. 1/10

Outfit: Simple and sweet! Maybe a bit too simple though, if Three added more pizzazz to it then she'd have a solid 10/10 outfit! Unfortunately, that's not the case here. 8/10

Performance: She uses her juggling skills to teach people about the number 3. Clowny and kid friendly! No issue here! 10/10

Other: Three doesn't break any of the clown commandments! She seems very polite.
