Off Balance is a weekly podcast with just that premise: Voidfished Barry and Lup experiencing the events of the Balance storyline. Kinda. Because... well, this isn’t your brothers’ Balance. The Gerblins arc opens with Lup sneaking off the moonbase where she’s worked for a while. The Rockport arc isn’t on a train! There’s lots of exciting changes in store and now’s a great time to catch up with everything that’s come so far!

Thanks so much to everyone that came out to our first live performance of OFF BALANCE!! We’ve been promoing this as just a Blupjeans improv because, well, we wanted to be a bit dramatic about it.

In fact this is a D&D live play of the general Balance storyline with a voidfished Lup and Barry in place of THB. Our heroes faced Yeemick and Klaarg in this first session. We’ll be picking up from there next week.

Again, thank you to everyone who came out and listened! Looking forward to continuing this project! We have some wild ideas for ways this won’t just be a Balance rehash and are looking forward to seeing where the DM and the dice take us in that regard!

In the first session, Lup snuck off the moonbase in search of her friend Brian, found a certain denim clad man, faced a gerblin that looked like Common and sounded like Kelsey Grammar, and met a bugbear Hugbear.

In episode two, our heroes tried to get some sleep, descended into a(nother) cave, and found what they were looking for. Along they way they encountered pudgy little slaps, confusing door puzzles, and outrageous accents.
