It's not uncommon for them to get into small, petty arguments that end before they even begin, mostly due to Romano's slightly antagonistic nature. Big fights among them are seldom. Romano is usually the one who starts them, so he's quick to forgive; Veneziano, on the other hand--despite his usually forgiving nature--takes about a day to forgive. Romano will dote on him a bit to speed up the process.
au where feli is a fae who resides in the forest and lovi is just the dumb village boy who's warned not to go into the forest bc tHE FAES!!11!!11 but of course he goes anyway and ends up stumbling upon feli who, to his surprise, is not out to get him and is just like "!!! oh hi!! i never see humans here anymore!!" lovi, of course, falls in love with the mysterious and sexy 4'7 man with wings who is either flirting with him or just teasing him and he honestly can't tell or get himself to care at this point
eventually the village finds out about his friendship with feli and they get all mad and are like "!!! he's cursed!!!!! he's been kissed by death!! he's going to bring bad fortune to us all!!!!" and they like, attempt to kill lovi as a sacrifice or some shit but feli comes in and manages 2 save him, which just makes the village even more angry. they try to kill feli too but they both get away.
they both hide out in the woods together and feli is v concerned about lovi bUT LOVI IS JUST PISSED THAT THEY TRIED TO HURT FELI HE'S LIKE LITERALLY HARMLESS... I THINK... HOPEFULLY... MAYBE... oh god this man could kill me right now and i'd thank him
i actually have a lot more in mind for this au but it's Impossible to put in a coherent format so dkdjlkdljkdldk this is what u get

i found this in my writing ideas and it ruined my evening: Feliciano and Lovino are soulmates. Any mark on one of the men's skin will appear on the other's. Feli goes to war, leaving his partner to watch from the mirror.
