Hey! So I am DESPERATELY trying to move my Post Archiver data from old xkit to new xkit but I never had the xcloud extension and it won't let me download it now. So I was STOKED when I found your post about implementing the import/export feature into the old xkit. BUT I followed your direction literally to a T and it did nothing. No error message or anything, it just didn't change anything on my post archiver. I am desperate for help here. I have over 600 saved posts in my archiver.
Hey there, we’re working on bringing PostArchiver to a stable state, which you can follow the progress of here.
Use the bleeding edge changes by doing this for both New XKit and Old XKit:
Open up the XKit Editor and open up PostArchive
Replace the contents of the Script tab with JavaScript from here
Replace the contents of the Stylesheet tab with CSS from here.
You should now be able to download a .txt file with the contents of your Archive from PostArchive on Old XKit, and then import that .txt file into PostArchive on New XKit. It might take a while to import all 600 posts (bc that is a lot), but the import function has been tested on an Archive with over 1000 posts.
