Will you make a comic of this? If you do that would be great! You would make a lot of wander over yonder fans happy! Mainly because a lot of fans miss the show. Maybe McCraken will make a comic continuation like the creator of gravity falls did.

Unfortunately, I don’t see anything big or significant in store for WanderShift’s future, even though myself and another mod has expressed interest in the AU once more. I’m sorry to disappoint. :^(

update on the fan boom!

hey guys! mod hater here! i apologise PROFUSELY for the lack of updates about the fan boom project. i have, unfortunately, been super busy moving to los angeles... and i kinda sorta got a job working on cartoons! so it’s been a super busy and exciting time.

that being said, i no longer have the time or extra energy to work on the project myself, SO! if anyone has video editing skills/software and the time/energy to spare, please send us an ask and let us know if you’d like to assist with the fan boom project! 

thank you guys so much for your patience and all of us at savewoy are sorry for the lack of updates -- life has caught up to us lately, haha.

I'm kinda curious how a meeting between this AU and the Cannon universe would work. Would they all get along. At least the good guys, or would their differing personalities still clash.

Well, they have their same personalities, just different dynamics in their relationships. Canon Wander meeting WanderShift!Sylvia (I’m probably gonna call her Lord Timebomb now) would be very close to when they first met in canon, back when Wander was Sylvia’s bounty. There’s not very much difference, really.

WANDERSHIFT AU MESSAGE

Hey, Mod Hater here.

We’ve been getting a lot of asks lately regarding the AU and I just wanted you to know that as the creator of this AU, I didn't necessarily think of everything, and that my ideas when I first made WanderShift and my current vision now are different. Just think of your regular Wander characters, just with shifted roles and that's them. No personality changes, no ability shifts, just them playing a different role.

Due to their roles, however, some relationships do have a different dynamic, just as Hater and Peepers no longer having any sort of power imbalance and just being close friends like in canon in season 2. Dominator in the commander role still sees Wander as annoying, but not in the friendly wandering weirdo sense, but the incompetent, silly boss sense.

My vision of this AU has changed from my initial idea, so please take that into consideration. Sorry for any confusion, and thank you for your time.

Does Hater still have a crush on Dominator?

Hm, I don’t know. We’re not big Dom n’ Hater fans, so probably not.

Hater, definitely. Peepers would be annoyed at Hater’s immaturity during the whole ordeal.

Wander has the Dom Bots! Since Dominator is in Peepers’ role, she’s the commander of the Dominator bots.
