Is this blog still, well, alive, per say? Do you guys, Mods, not have any interest in this blog or are there not enough staff on board with this? Or have guys just forgotten to update this lonely blog?

Yes he can, its just dangerous and draining so few choose to go through it. And by few I mean none.
Considering how Twogami’s voice changes with each impersonation, I’ve decided to leave him out since that wouldn’t be his “true” voice, and instead just him mimicking Togami.
