Interest check for a Wendy Birthday Zine

This zine will be about Red Velvet member Wendy Shon / Son Seungwan in celebration of her 26th birthday. It will be a fanbook comprised of artistic content and fan wishes for Wendy.

The project is non-profit with the final zine presented as a free, downloadable, high-res PDF file. It will be released on February 21, 2020 @ 12pm/noon KST.

It aims to hopefully, resources willing, present the zine to Wendy herself in time for her birthday.

Interest check for a Yorimoi zine still ongoing!

Thank you for the initial response! I’m so glad that people are interested in creating something about this wonderful anime.

Unfortunately, I do not think I have enough numbers to justify pursuing this project. If I can get more people interested in either helping or owning a Yorimoi zine, I’m happy to go forward.

The interest check and mod apps will close on June 9. The project’s status will be announced by June 23.

Happy International Women’s Day~!

We truly cannot thank you all enough for supporting our zine. Unfortunately things are going slow on Mod Jercy’s end to truly wrap up the project, but we hope to do so soon.

For the meantime, we can all celebrate the lovely girls working to support our favourite teams!

Unfortunately, due to low interest and lack of mod applications, the Wendy Birthday Zine is cancelled.

That said!

There are still ways to help celebrate Wendy’s birthday as she recovers from her injuries.

Online community DC Inside Wendy Gallery has put up a sign outside SBS’ company building for fans to write their support. (source, source)

They also have a fundraising guide open to both Korean and international fans on their Twitter.

Wendy Daily is also trying to get Wendy a birthday ad on Fan n Star.

Though this project attempt wasn’t fulfilled, I hope that those who were interested can send their love and well wishes to Wendy in these ways instead.
