Xander found his first grey hair very shortly after taking on Laslow and Peri. He was so taken aback he put them through the most intense training he could muster. Now he's just used to finding them.
Camilla would be devastated for like. Exactly 2 days before going, "well, I'm aging gracefully at least!" and laughing it off.
Leo would try to find a way to blame it on Odin and Niles, both of them being such incurable stressors, but he'd take some time to just meditate on it and come to the conclusion that it's his own fault from lack of sleep and overwork. THEN he'd blame Odin and Niles. And then take it back later.
Elise would think it means she's becoming more mature like her siblings, and would take some great joy in it.
Ryoma wouldn't notice for awhile due to. Well how much hair he has and the fact that he wears a helmet. If he finds he's stressed, he'll just try to train through the stress instead, seeing it as an opponent he can beat with more effort.
Hinoka would RIGHTFULLY blame Setsuna and Azama. She doesn't care about the aesthetic issues of grey hair, but she'd lecture them about their duties and their slacking, only to remember why she gave up trying to fix them ages ago when they try to implement her suggestions and just ruin everything.

Sakura: She'd actually cry about it for a little bit. Unlike the other retainers who stress out their liege to no end, Subaki and Hana would WRONGFULLY blame themselves and try to cheer her up. Subaki would deflect, but internally he blames himself.
