Villain: Mezou Shouji. Alias: The All-Seeing. Former UA student, former aspiring hero. A tragic event threw him into the claws of villainy, and he has no desire to return to the life he used to have. He may be big, but he’s quiet, stalking through the streets at night for his next victim. Using the extra ears and eyes his Quirk allows him, he is possibly one of the hardest villains to catch in the act. He is never seen without his full-face mask, completely hiding his face; or, at least, what’s left of it. Brutal, unkind, and persistent, All-Seeing has never injured a child.
