Who is the current mod and what's their experience?

It is (almost) September 16th! A perfect excuse to draw Pearl in a typical Mexican dress. That specific dress comes from the state of Jalisco, and it is commonly used as a costume in performances of the dance known as Jarabe Tapatío. Those dresses are very colorful, very flowy, and the dance is quite neat too, would definitely recommend watching a performance of it
