Intro Post/Where It All Began…

This all started with an accident.

Our friend Aggie told us that she had kept mistyping the word Crackfic, and instead of an I, kept writing a U, almost as if her keyboard wanted her to type “Crackfuck” rather than “Crackfic”.

This evolved into a term for any typo or grammar mistake that is made, especially if the typo (“crackfuck”) becomes entirely different from the original word or unrecognizable. Sometimes Crackfucks are accidents, but sometimes they are made on purpose, typically by closing one’s eyes and typing. The phenomenon in itself is called Crackfuck Syndroe (“Syndroe” coming from a Crackfuck of “Syndrome” when originally attempting to describe the idea of Crackfuck Syndrome).

Variants of Crackfuck Include:

Clankfuck - Crackfucks that are made by AI

Crac kfuck - Crackfucks that are made by accidentally clicking space mid-word

Iron Objects Bish Syndroe - When you mistype a word and, rather than it being a typo, it becomes an entirely different already existing word (Name comes from when I typed “Jellyfish” as “Iron Objects Bish”)

Other Crackfuck Terms Include:

Cantolepsy - When you are laughing so hard from Crackfucks that it is genuinely hard to breathe, and/or you have been doing it so long uncontrollably that it is physically painful (The name Cantolepsy comes from a Crackfuck made by Sigyn with their eyes closed. Cantolepsy is cured with inhalation of a special glitter, administered by professionals known as Cantoleptologists. For legal reasons, do not breathe in real glitter, it will kill you.)

Random Child Syndroe - The phenomenon of every fictional couple known by the Crackfuck Founders having a random fictional fanchild at one point or another, dead or alive

Smonknolepnia - Laughter-induced breathing difficulties caused by things other than Crackfucks that are still in the Crackfuck lens

With this blog, every day, we will share the best Crackfuck from within our discord servers every day. I may also randomly yap about pre-existing Crackfucks or Crackfuck terms/origins. We also have literal lore in a way. So expect something on that.

We also accept your Crackfuck submissions! Just make an ask about a really bad Crackfuck (typo) you made at one point and we might post about it. I may also add it as a runner-up to the Crackfuck of the Day.
