Ellie headcanon time!

Ellie is a stunted gator who was raised as a pet in a much-too-small environment, which caused her growth to be stunted and eventually led to her being released into the sewers because her former owner couldn't deal with her.

This is where May found her, and then proceeded to give Ellie the best home a gator could ask for, with a good pool, toys, proper food, etc.

(This headcanon was inspired by Snake Discovery and their American alligator Rex!)

I totally see the sewer having a whole section dedicated to Ellie and her care, Zuke having a absolute hoard of Alligator books to study whilst Mayday is straight up DIYing a whole enclosure by herself! I feel like Zuke would have just an insane backlog of 'gator trivia and knowledge in general, he'd often just randomly drop a 'gator fact whilst talking to someone. ....I can see him being into Ichthyology as well

How would all the el gang (second jobs) be if giving the reader a hug?

Lord Knight gives you a happy and energetic embrace, probably lifting you up off the ground in the moment.

Dimension Witch takes her time to stare you down for a moment, a half-smirk crossing her face before she squeezes you tight.

Grand Archer is very gentle and mother-like, petting your hair if you’ll allow her to. Sometimes, she has a hard time letting go.

Blade Master seems like he isn’t too used to this, so he’s a bit stiff, but he holds you close to his chest.

Code: Nemesis does not typically hug people, however, using her basic knowledge of hugs, she wraps her arms around you and pulls you close, albeit rather stiffly. She’ll improve with time.

Iron Paladin wastes no time; he embraces you strongly, making sure you’re comfortable and at home in his arms. He’s happy like this.

Sakra Devanam pretty much stumbles into you, but she’s also quite excited. She’ll squeeze you tight enough to hurt, since she’s stronger than she’s even aware of.

Blazing Heart would tousle your hair before pulling you in tight. She’s strong, but unlike Ara, she’s fully aware of her strength. Her painful squeezing is totally intentional.

Lunatic Psyker is a bit hesitant about hugs (because he thinks he’s way too cool for that,) but when he actually gets over himself, he likes you quite a bit. Protective, tight squeezes are in your future if you can actually get him to hug you.

Chiliarch charges at you with leaps and bounds, pretty much jumping onto you like a kid to squeeze you.

Dreadlord pets your hair while he hugs you, trying to make his arms feel as comfortable and home-y as possible for you.

Storm Trooper isn’t typically emotionally-prone, but when she hugs, she’s not completely awful about it. The hugs are a bit on the stiffer side, but tight nonetheless.

Erbluhen Emotion, still getting used to expressing his emotion, is rather gentle with you. He hugs you slowly and softly, usually talking to you while he does it.
