Apparently we missed a message from Billy hidden in the source code for the video!

It’s Not Over Yet Poster

So in the discord (on September 22nd), Katie linked to this post, which contained the poster under the cut:

Naturally, this sent us into a panic.

So far, we’ve found the following:

The words “help me” on Jenny, though those were found before.

We also found something new! Binary code on Anti, and the phrase “I am broken” over Anti’s left shoulder.

The binary translates to the phrase “pay attention” over and over again. Along with that, we noticed that there are a few glitches on Billy, but predominantly on Jack’s hand, which is on Billy’s shoulder. So that seems like an important detail.

I checked the source code of the post, and found nothing there. So, if you find anything else, please let us know!

With SPG’s most recent release, The BOSS is Nothing, we got a nice bit of content relating to GitS.

TLDR: A transcript of the letter from Billy, screenshots of some of the images that flashed across the screen.

Letter from Billy to Jack

Hey Jack.

Things aren’t as great here. In fact, they’re terrible.

I know I’m a game character, so I shouldn’t be writing but everything’s starting to fall apart and people are disappearing

No one knows whats going on.

And we thought, maybe if you ran a virus scan, that would fix it... but it doesn’t look like a virus to us. So I don’t know what’s going on. No one does. And everyone’s on edge.

I know were just code but were scared, Jack. And I don’t think you’re getting these messages. I even tried reaching out to you on Tumblr, Youtube ...even Discord. But nothing.

...I don’t want to do this. I never thought I’d be doing this again. But I have no choice. I won’t bring any of your subscribers with you, just to be clear, but I’m gonna have to bring you back.

The message began to glitch as it went on, on-screen - most likely from Anti's interference. It was also voice-acted! Billy spoke aloud as the letter began to appear - and the audio became glitched and distorted as time went on. We can assume Anti has been keeping these messages from Jack.

The phrase “I won’t bring any of your subscribers with you” glitched to show the phrase “I won’t bring many of your subscribers with you”.

Test Signal

SPG made a post with nothing but audio labelled “Test Signal”. The audio is a high pitched ringing sound (which gave me a headache, so please be careful). It’s similar to an audio file in The BOSS is Nothing with the same name.

You can find the file by going from the game file > Audio > BSG > Test Signal. The file is apparently slower than the post. No morse code has been found in either file, but the audio is reminiscent of a ticking sound.

So far, nothing else really has been found - but if you do find anything, please let us know!

We don't know if this is relevant but Echo bought this up a while ago and it resurfaced thanks to the ticking noise. It may be related but we have no proof or clarification yet.

Is it okay to submit deleted messages?

absolutely! this blog is to record every single thing that happens relating to this ARG, and things that are deleted could be important. so please do!
