Arpeggio: because it was stupid and don’t plan on doing it. Get that through your thick skull.

Perez: you barely have anything though. Better you accept the loss now than humiliate yourself in this trial.

Arpeggio: you don’t know me Perez. You’re talking to a guy who managed to talk shit talk a cartel boss in his face for 20$ and lived to tell the tale. I don’t feel shame at all.

Perez:……then how about this. If you don’t drop the case, coda dies by my hands?

Arpeggio: (…bailiffs, are you hearing this shit?)

*A moment later,Coda arrives at the defendants lobby.

[Coda]

... Can't just have a normal case, can we? The hell are you doing in here?!

*Coda says that while pointing at Perez and John Doe.

*Meanwhile, at the house coda and Oliver lived at. Arpeggio was currently helping out Chiara with her homework, when a knock came by the door. When arpeggio went to open it, he saw Blackwell and Erin woods standing in front of the door.*

Arpeggio: “……can I help you two?”

Blackwell: “are you by chance the person who has recently adopted Chiara?”

Arpeggio: “well coda adopted her, and I’m currently taking care of her, why do you ask.”

Blackwell: “I have received a request that Miss woods wants to talk to Chiara again. As to what, I don’t know.”

[Erin]

I just want to talk to my kid again...

[Chiara]

*It's clear she knows Erin, but doesn't know Blackwell at all.

*Arpeggio slowly walks up to coda and the ghost, to get a better idea who it is coda is talking to.*

[Coda]

...Like you're one to talk, you actually got away with it without even getting accused.

*Just that makes it pretty clear that he's talking to Cadence.

*Arpeggio was currently in the wright anything agency, sleeping on the couch while Hades, Arpeggios pet Pomeranian, sleeps on him. Elizabeth was currently taking care of the Phoenix told arpeggio and coda to do since they weren’t doing anything, and once she was done, she sits on a chair and sighs.*

Elizabeth: “…..Dev, did you ever tell coda how to clean for himself when he was a kid? I mean you were the closet thing to a mother he had while Melody was still dead, I’m sure you at least gave him some rules and chores to do and follow.”

[Dev]

Of course I did, I wasn't a great parent, but I wasn't irresponsible.

Obviously, though, he's an adult now, so he can kind of do whatever. I don't really stop him from doing stupid shit, but I don't help him get out of the consequences. I never have.

[ask-the-attorneys]

*Just then, a man enters the room to notice people were already in.*

???: “…….who gave you access to this room and……..oh shit, is that you arpeggio?”

Arpeggio: “oh fuck no, I thought I was done with you.”

???: “well, seems like your wrong kid. Where’s the money you owe me?”

Arpeggio: “……….Eleanor has it.”

*The man walks closer to Eleanor and stares daggers at you.*

???: “you have the kids money he owes me, Miss?”

[Eleanor]

...I'll be honest, I have no clue what you're talking about. His problem and not mine. I wasn't involved.

[Duke]

I have it. How much did he owe you again?

*Stefano also leaves with Eleanor. They come to the crime scene, Leith Pierre’s holding cell. The windows bars were broken, a hole in the wall was made and body tape was around the hole, more specifically the hole was right where his heart was. Mortimer was there, taking notes on the scene when he notices Stefano and Eleanor.*

Mortimer: “…..well this is certainly a first for me. Someone had the balls to murder a suspect while they were in their holding cell. Sounds insane, yet here we are looking at it.”

[Eleanor]

Well, I'm pretty sure we've seen weirder shit going on here. I will admit, though, it's kind of weird regardless.

(Why not wait for the verdict? Why kill him now? There's a lot of unanswered questions here...)
