i was thinking about getting my tubbo a father figure. what would you recommend, and would it be sustainable to get more than one?
Historically, the best option for a father figure for a tubbo has been CaptainSparklez, as the two are quick to bond and help express the other’s energy. They’re also preferred by keepers, because CaptainSparklez is a delight to have around, very friendly, and an excellent singer.
On the other hand, there’s always a Schlatt, which is kind of like the buying-a-loud-toy-keyboard-for-your-toddler of choices here. A Tubbo will be very entertained and enthused by him, but tends to become obsessed with money making schemes and will probably end up charging you rent on your own house. (aka fun for tubbo, not so much for you).
Some people may recommend Philza. Do not listen to them. They are probably a group of Tommys in a trench coat.
I would say if you’re getting these as a father figure for Tubbo, don’t go with more than one. Especially not at the same time. It messes with the bonding process and all intended father figures assume the other is doing the fathering and then Tubbo gets left alone and usually ends up blowing something up or getting blown up.
