#mod request?

I wish I knew how to create mods for bg3 because every time I see the flame tattoo I get this overwhelming desire to have a solid black neck tattoo that starts at the jaw and fades out. Don't get me wrong the flame tattoo is cool but I kind of want it solid without the squiggles and the forehead part. I also kind of wish there was a body type between two and four like a tall guy that's less beefy.
