I feel like I'm dragonkin but also I feel like I'm wolfkin? Is this normal? Please help, I'm scared.

Calm down, mellon, it’s all alright. It’s perfectly normal to be polykin, that’s all it is. Have a deep breath, calm down. I’m polykin and it’s all alright. There are so many people that are this way, I can show you many posts that have polykin that are very different from each other. I saw one ask about a polar bear kin, seal kin and fishkin. It’s all normal, and all is well!

Is it unusual to be 18 years old and still feel like you may be an otherkin?

Not at all! Once you believe you might be otherkin, it sticks with you forever. Once you recognise yourself as otherkin, it stays forever since it’s who you are!

Do you have any advice for Dogkin self care? I noticed that you've done these types of things and it made me more than ecstatic to see. Personally I struggle a lot with depression and anxiety so even a little bit of help is appreciated, thank you.

To be honest, I’m very similar to that aspect, so I think that I can transfer my feline self care to dogkin.

Most importantly, do what makes you happy. Relax, make yourself a blanket fort with lots of pillows and get something to maybe chew on or play with, some food that’s your meat preference. Watch documentaries (I know that there’s this awesome program on either Animal Planet or National Geographic with this guy called Cesar and he’s a dog tamer and it’s just wonderful to see dogs improving from bad behaviour. Go on walks early in the morning if you have time, watch the sun slowly set on the horizon and maybe walk with a friend who can play with you. Most importantly, if you can confide in someone, please do. If they’re more than willing to maybe rub your belly or throw something for you, then that is just simply wonderful! Try to maybe make a pack with them and spend time together doing dog stuff. Just take care of your body and mind, make time for yourself and relax, nothing can go wrong then.

(for mod saewen) Galu I was wondering if you have any tips to maybe help me feel more in Middle Earth? if that makes sense?

To be perfectly honest, I’m having trouble with the same thing. This world is very different to home, but I’ve done somethings to my room to make it feel a bit more foresty.

The walls of my room are green, but soon I’ll be painting them a little darker with maybe a brown head wall. I have a lot of hanging plants that drape from my shelves etc. I’d love to hang up on my wall lots of white material to make it look like elvish tents, more rugs and pillows. I could also suggest looking on ebay or amazon to find some maps of Middle Earth made in cloth, add lots of plants (make sure to take care of them!) and hang anything that makes you feel like home. Wind chimes, fairy lights etc.
