Heya! I'm a litte worried about my Pearl,,,Lately, she's been sitting on the eggs that we use for baking. When it's been an hour or so, I can hear her pouting at the fact the,,, egg doesnt hatch? I havent told her that those eggs dont hold lives anymore, I'm concerned for her well-being if she figures that out on her own. Will she be alright? Thank you nonetheless!

Ah, yes, this is unfortunately something many Pearls may go through. From what I have learned, people believe it is best to tell them upfront. Before you do, it is important to prepare a soft blanket, some chamomile tea, and a stuffed animal (either a duck or a chicken for best results). Good luck.

Hey there, uh, whatevers left of the crawlcast followers!

No, we're not back - at least crawlcast isnt - but some of us have made a new podcast, and we promised we would let ya'll in on our next project!

Our new project, titled "World Building: Restoration" should be up on castbox and youtube on January 5th, DM'd by me, Kai aka Mod Scarecrow/Slaine Mays!

The cast includes Jade playing Helgazi, a goblin druid; Leo playing Note, a drow cleric; Jae playing Marzie, an elf bard; with the addition of Jack aka “Yelling Crowd Guy” playing Neeru Blackwell, a dragonborn paladin.

In case you didn't catch that, this is a party made completely of healers! Healing magic is going to be a central part of this campaign, along with Norse mythology lore, cell phone shenanigans, dying trees, alternate universes, world jumping, and most importantly, world BUILDING!

ive been looking into getting my girlfriend an emperor recently, but i’m still not sure which one to get. i’ve been leaning towards a xornoth or a sausage based on look alone, but in terms of the environment where she lives, i think that a lizzie or a jimmy would be more appropriate(she lives on a lake). i think that she needs more emotional support than i can provide her so i’d like to get her an emperor that might help with that. also one that gets along with other animals such as dogs.

I have hear that some Shelby Emperors are very versatile environment wise, and they are the best species for dog companionship. The one down side is that they are somewhat hostile towards Xornoths, so I would recommend that you only get her a Shelby. Another is that Shelbys are considerably smaller than some of the other emperors, but as long as you are careful, A Shelby would be a great addition to a dog-loving household! If she ever gets lost, just look for the dog, and she'll usually be hanging onto the collar.

Another thing to look out for with Shelbys would be their Wolf-Spirit side. Sometimes, Shelbys will become more mysterious and anti social to new people. This change in behavior is normal and usually comes with a change of appearance. Just give her some time with a dog, living or plushed, and they should become their old mushroom self again in a few days.

Hey so I just had a quick question. My Jimmy and my Scott keep sneaking into each other's habitats when I'm not looking. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue. The two get along great and are so happy whenever they're together.

But my Sausage has started noticing that the two of them are hanging out, and keeps antagonizing my Scott. He also keeps taking my Jimmy back to his own pen.

My Sausage seems very possessive of my Jimmy, but I also don't want to separate my Jimmy and my Scott? What should I do?

I would not recommend trying to acclimate the Scott and the Sausage, they are notorious for their lack of ability to share. I might recommend letting the Jimmy choose who he wishes to be with more on any given day. Jimmys are stereo-typically prone to split their time to any others who wish to spend time with them. Quite an astonishing evolutionary trail, I must say.

Hey there! Lately, I've noticed my domestic Sausage, who is kept indoors, take an interest in a wild Fwhip that frequents the yard. He'll often come up to the window, and they seem to be making attempts to communicate with each other. Is this an acceptable behavior, or should I try to put a stop to it? They seem friendly with each other, but I'm worried that letting wild and domestic emperors interact is a bad idea. My Sausage seems very eager to make a new friend, though, which makes me wonder if the relationship might even turn out to be beneficial, since the two are considered companion species.

A wild Fwhip and a domestic Sausage could be a recipe for chaos, it might be best if you let the Fwhip and your sausage play together under supervision, but i think it should be quite pleasant for both the fwhip and the sausage.
