URGENT HOUSING & BILL ASSISTANCE NEEDED (4/21/25)

Hey!! been awhile since I made a help post on tumblr but I'm in desperate need. My roommate and I are both queer and disabled. We recently moved into an apartment that's bug-free and with management that is actually responsive to us and our needs. However, it's a lot more expensive. This was fine until my roommate's chronic illness flared up, and his medical leave at his job was nowhere near sufficient enough to support him through it. He has been fired, and now we're cooked unless we get some severe assistance. Even though I'm still employed, I'm not making nearly enough to support the both of us while he's searching for a new job.

Our rent is about 1700, and our car payments combined is around 600. While not as much of an urgent thing, I'm also in need of a new tire for my vehicle, which will likely end up being a little less than 200 dollars, so any additional funds we get will be put towards that.

Local mutual aid help needed for unhoused!

Hey folks! As a lot of people know close to me, I work with a local mutual aid group. I have a couple folks that could use some of yall’s help!! We got an unhoused friend of ours named Johnny! He comes to our food shares all the time, but has never really asked for much. hi, i know im posting these a lot, but im struggling immensely right now financially and in a deep hole. my landlord is threatening legal action for non payment of rent, and i am beyond desperate. literally anything helps.

ahaha, the insurance won't cover my 10 day prescription of a medication I WAS TOLD I NEEDED BY THE ER DOCTOR WHO PUT IN THE REQUEST because apparently I don't actually "need" antibiotics. Cool! I'll just go back to the ER when I inevitably become too ill to fucking move AGAIN and then I'll miss MORE WORK AND BECOME EVEN POORER!

Howdy! It's Suzie again, and i'm back with another donations post. Here's what's happening with me; My family and I have moved back in with my extremely abusive father, and while my 60 year old mother works herself to the bone to keep us afloat, i’m trying to fund things that I need to help my disabilities or with my work to take some of the pressure off. I would like to ask my father for as little as possible because every little bit of money he spends on me becomes a debt, and I really can't afford it.
