Cicero from Skyrim?

OUTFIT: he doesn't seem to have much on in terms of clown makeup, but i do like the hat and collar! the colors of his outfit aren't very vibrant, though :( 4/10

PERFORMANCE: cicero doesn't seem to do much clowny acitivity, and reminds me a lot of a less-active jevil. 5/10

OTHER: murder is against the clown commandments! i wouldn't say insanity is, though. he'll get a pass in that field.

tomorrow, feb. 29, is Spirit Phone's first anniversary- finally, after 4 years! how will you celebrate it?

Clown with the Tear Away Face!! (Nightmare Before Christmas)

MAKEUP: he does have makeup on, and a very nice clown nose as wel! 9/10

OUTFIT: while clowny, i feel like his outfit is lacking in brightness and color, and the colors don't seem to match that well. 6.5/10

PERFORMANCE: obviously, being scary is part of his performance, so we can't dock points for that because it's him following the commandments and simply doing his act. 9/10

OTHER: i think the idea of a clown taking their own face off is interesting! that'd be a pretty cool act in real life!

OVERALL: 9.5/10

Dimentio from Super Paper Mario?

OUTFIT AND MAKEUP: his makeup and outfit are dazzling! very clowny. a true master at drawing attention. 10/10

PERFORMANCE: from what ive read, dimentio is eager to perform and does enjoy performing, doing it frequently! his performances arent always rule-following, however. 7/10

OTHER: fighting and having bad intentions both break the clown commandments, as well as lying and deception. :(

OVERALL: 6.5/10

MAKEUP AND OUTFIT: while i dont think she has much on in terms of makeup(?) i really like her mask and her outfit is very cute! proper clown attire. very silly. 8/10

PERFORMANCE: from the limited information i can find about her, i think shes performed a lot as a clown! a good performance makes a happy clown. 9/10

OTHER: while fighting is against the commandments, i feel like i can make an exception for when its an organized competition. all in good fun!

OVERALL: 9.5/10

MAKEUP: he doesn't have any! 0/10

OUTFIT: i think popee's outfit is really cute! not very clowny, but still good looking. 8/10

PERFORMANCE: i've never seen popee the performer, but popee seems to do performances! why else would "the performer" be in his name? 8/10

OTHER: i don't think he actually breaks the clown commandments at all? maybe he breaks commandment 1? like i said, i've never watched the anime

OVERALL: 8/10!
