Hey everyone! Mod Tay here! Today I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Split Screen Festival where I go to see an advance screening of the first episode of season 4 followed by a discussion with Kofi, Dawn and Rutina as well as producing director Cheryl Dunye and this season’s showrunner Anthony Sparks. Without giving much away, the episode was absolutely amazing! It was more than I could have anticipated and you guys are in for a real treat this season! As per Cheryl, right now they are currently filming episode 10 although, she didn’t say how many episodes will round out the season and it was stated that a lot more in regards to the book and everyone’s reactions to it will eventually play out through the entire season; you’ll get a bit of during the first episode. All in all, it was a very great discussion and I cannot wait for you all to see it on June 12th on OWN!

Thank you to everybody who has sent in fics to be added to the ficapedia. Tonight I added 16 new whumpily delicious fics from a diverse amount of fandoms. (big thanks to LeahTortilla and Convienentalias for both sending in multiple entiries, as well as our anon(s) senders as well!

Just a note I did want to make - over the next couple of days, you’ll have to pardon our dust as we clean up the blog, spreadsheet, and survey. If anybody would like to join our small staff, feel free to send us an ask/write me @whumperwriter and we will see what we can do about getting you set up and seeing how you gel with the team. Another note I wanted to make - while we figure out how to distinguish the different media types, we have made an ‘other’ option. This will be for any media crossovers (i.e. comics and movies, or movies and video games, etc.) and for any other medias that we currently don’t have a tab for (books, etc.)
