I'm not very versed in other kin so I'm sorry if this is rude in anyway? I just want to learn! My boyfriend calls me puppy and I sorta take on a puppy persona and he draws me as a puppy with him as my owner and idk if I'm other kin? Or furry? Or just a sub? I NEED HELP WITH MY IDENTITY :(

It’s fine to not be completely certain about your identity! Plenty of people aren’t.
Being otherkin means you consider yourself not entirely human, thus the ‘other’. Is the puppy part of you just a quirk or fun thing you do? Having a strong connection with an animal is called animal-hearted, so if you feel a strong connection but do not consider yourself a dog, that might be something to look into.
Furries are people who show an interest in anthropomorphic creatures, like a bipedal dragon or fox. You don’t necessarily have to like furry porn to be a furry.
Really, it is mostly up to you to figure out. I suggest meditation, lucid dreaming, and possibly astral projecting, all of which have helped me. I hope I’ve helped you at least a little- it’s impossible for someone to tell you (especially over the internet!) who or what you are, but at least I can try to help. c:
