TIP: I found out how you could save your own stitches! Make one stitch in the correct color and save it in your own file. Use this one for placing all the other stitches. This way you save yourself a LOT of time!!!

VIRTUAL - FABRIC LAYOUT This class of Jacqui really gave me a lot of insights about how you use different kind of fabrics on a garment and how to simulate this. With the legging I could not manage to create different kind of weaves/knits on the model, and I did not know how to make some parts see-through for example. In this class I also saw how you can place different kind of patterns on your garment, and how you can design your own ‘stickers’ and prints (for example the screenshot I placed on my garment, which looks awful of course). I see that you can easily find the trims in the folders and that you can make edit them in Photoshop to make it your own.
VIRTUAL - LAYERS ON GARMENT In this class I learned how to make layers in the garment. I made a ruffle on the dress, and learned how to make the ruffle first in the 2D, to stitch it onto the garment, and then to assemble in layers on the 3D. A day after I also did this with the fitting of Peter, where Lotte and I made a shirt with a corset on top of it.
VIRTUAL - HOODED SHIRT (pattern magic) This was one of the first patterns I did from the pattern magic book. I picked the wrong shirt (mens t shirt) in the beginning, so I already saw that it did not work out how it should work out. In the end it did work out, but as stupid as I was I did not safe the garment. I wanted to make the hood on the 3D model, but I did not make the pattern again in the end.
