Why did uninstalling a costume mod for Aerith give her a blue dress and ribbon with black boots and jacket?

Why doesn’t the belt and bags want to cooperate? :(
I've been working on getting Skyrim together for the past few days, but I have a bit of an issue. I'm having the typically vague and annoying "hang right after Bethesda logo" issue. That usually means that you have a mod error, problem is, NMM, LOOT and TES5Edit all swear everything is fine. TES5Edit is the biggie - I've never had an issue where a load order passed that and didn't work flawlessly. I'm willing to get my load order or even the TESEdit log to anyone who might be able to help.
