Unfortunately, I do not know who constructed this; I did not see an entry form.
There was, however, a note of the table that read: “1998 Godzilla not present. The real Godzilla killed him.”

The Rhedosaurus is on a custom-built glacier base.
This monster was one of the chief inspirations for producer Tomoyuki Tanaka when he started formulating the story that would become Gojira/Godzilla (1954).
