(FAD Work) 4 variations of the same WIP poster layout for the 2019 Strode College Pop-Up Shop. The colour and line styles are based on vintage art deco (black and white and the original Metropolis poster colour scheme), 80′s new art deco resurgence and modern interpretations of the style. In the end I chose to go with the bronze and black Metropolis colour scheme because I feel it is the more traditional and mature style for the poster and reflects the art deco movement of the 1920s/30s more in that sense.

(try to ignore the white spaces at the bottom of the images, in the printed versions of the posters they are cut off)
