Acrylic pour painting (acrylic and pva mix on A5 canvas) A test to see how well PVA glue works as an inexpensive alternative to a professional pouring medium- as a first attempt I'd say it worked well https://www.instagram.com/p/Co62R21rEzb/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Some funky psychedelic doodles (fineliner on A3 paper) Might play a part in the development of my 504 project, unsure yet https://www.instagram.com/p/CoruQojLrSw/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Original layout planned for Lost and Found. After initial tests I decided to move the CRT TV to opposite corners of the room, facing inwards, in order to maximise the use of space and encourage more audience engagement
Series of stills from Lost and Found (low quality is due to the low lighting and frequency of the CRT television screens) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdgaHXSquEr/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Early tests for my Lost and Found installation, when I was planning to use a much smaller space
Fully set up space for my 'Lost and Found' Installation, part of the Fine Art Yr 1 'Breaking Ground' exhibition, 10/05/22 (at Plymouth College of Art)
(Personal) Reaper Leviathan
I have mild thalassophobia and have been playing Subnautica recently. The game is really fun and engaging but I find it fairly difficult to play at anything other than a snail’s pace because everything in it scares me, especially Reaper Leviathans. I’ve genuinely had a few nightmares about the game so far and all of them have been focused on the Reapers. (I swear I’m not a baby they’re scarier in the game my crap drawing doesn’t do it justice)

(Personal) Stress Test April 2020
Meant as a stress test for a new graphics card (RTX 2060 Super) to see how it performed in Blender. It’s also pretty, so here it is.
(Personal) Various sketches 2017-2019
Not sure when each of these were done, but I figured they belong here. each was probably somewhere between 15-45 minutes, done in spare time during A levels and FAD for fun (or more likely to avoid doing actual work). I’ll be uploading more recent sketches and other projects I’ve been doing soon.
(FAD Work) FMP - final hand sculptures
(FAD Work) FMP - Some old test pieces
Trying to locate all of my old FAD stuff I never got around to uploading, partly due to work, mostly due to lack of motivation. Caused by work. So honestly I’m going to blame most of this on work.
(Personal) Blender - Prepare to Jump
Made as a backdrop for a space-themed song on my Youtube channel
(FAD Work) FMP - Final sculptures assembled in show space
honestly one of the main things stopping me from posting these sooner was the fact that I couldn’t actually find the photos. They disappeared from any storage or memory I had then resurfaced last month. Convenient.
(Personal) Blender - Crystal Bowl
Animation created using rigid body physics, rendered in Cycles
(Personal) Blender - hammer tutorial
Created following tutor4u’s Blender 2.8 introduction tutorial projects
these tutorials are super useful, I used them back when I was first learning blender 2.7x and they’ve been a huge help with relearning the software in 2.8.
I highly recommend the channel to anyone planning to or currently learning the basics of Blender: https://www.youtube.com/user/tutor4u
