Embarrassingly I still do this (I work at my hometown hospital where I was a junior volunteer during high school, did several rotations at and, I've been working as a PA now going on 6 months). Especially when I walk out of elevators. Sometimes I do the "let me pull out my cell phone and pretend like someone just texted me to meet them and that's why I got turned around" thing.

Oh dear hahahahahahha

At my base hospital, they make all the floors look pretty much the same and in the center of the two wings is the computers... I always walked the wrong way.,.. :/

FOR REAL. At every hallway where there are too many halls, I stand there and squint.

Hmm, probably one of the night shifts on OBGYN in which me and my friend/classmate probably discussed how much we despised OBGYN and how thankful that we were on the same schedule so we could keep each other relatively sane... or we talked about whatever we were studying for boards (because we had near infinite time to study on that horrid rotation).. or we were talking about what we were watching on Netflix as we watched Netflix.. or we were really annoyed how NONE OF THE FUCKING NURSES EVER SHUT THAT FUCKING ALARM OFF AND WOULD JUST LET IT RUN ALL DAY LONG; YET, THEY AND THE RESIDENTS HAD ALL THE FUCKING TIME IN THE WORLD TO TRASH TALK EACH OTHER. Honestly, all the days blur so it’s hard to say exactly what we would have talked about.

Haha yup, I was mostly amused - kinda reminds me of a kid throwing a tantrum at being told “no” and then going “Fine, I didn’t want it anyway!”

Plus I finished interviewing in December, so I truly couldn’t care less, but I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t want to go there, since this doesn’t give me a whole lot of confidence in their organizational abilities :P

Ummm whut. Rejection letter? For residency? It’s called the Match, AdCom.

It was one of those “We regret we are unable to interview you...” things, which is fine, except that they literally invited me to an interview months ago and I declined due to scheduling restraints :P
