Since you have some content in the basegame now does your tou apply to those as some people may not know its yours and break the rules etc?

Those specific items that made it into the 21st birthday patch are now basegame items. People can do what they want with them as long as it abides by Maxis’ ToU. My ToU would only apply if they use my CC ones as a base (there are differences, mainly polycount), not the game versions. They are effectively Maxis items now, just designed by me.

Around The Sims 4 - Fitness Set Recolor

Collab Alert! ♥ @moderncrafter and I teamed up to recolor this awesome set by @aroundthesims. Its a bunch of fitness Items! My download includes: Big Fitness Ball - Seat (51 Swatches, above) Yoga Mat - Decor (47 Swatches, above) Standing Yoga Mat - Decor (47 Swatches, same as Yoga Mat) Basketball - Decor (22 Swatches, above)

Check out @moderncrafter​‘s POST for 9 other items!!!! I did not recolor my items in a particular palette, but I made sure there were swatches that matched the @peacemaker-ic Airy Hamptons palette that @moderncrafter used! MESHES NEEDED HERE! (PS: Extra Build Idea: Yoga Mats as fabrics on a market or for your DIY loving Sim)
