Disclaimer: This is something so I can put the main info and observations I have on Baul and Modeus in and wanted to share it with yall. Putting this out there just in case; a lot of the written info on the art is my interpretations and headcanons of the Sparda apprentices. Don't take this as canon.

Dante after: Note to self: Never touch Modeus' coattail things.

Tbh: I wondered why Modeus had those coattail things even in his demon form whereas his brother didn't. Then this idea came to me.

First panel:

Dante: What's with the flap things?

Modeus lets out a shiver.

Second panel:

Modeus then pulls Dante’s ear, saying: No touchy >:/

Dante: Sorry sorry sorry!

Headcanon blurb: coattail things are actually wings that failed to form correctly.
