I think Baragon really has the potential to be a terrifying kaiju while adorable in other scenes.

Imagine Baragon seeming docile and curious during day. Seems friendly and safe around humans.

Then night falls, Bargon burrows and emerges emerges in the middle of a city. 

Their horn starts to glow, and their “ears” adorably cover their eyes.

A flashbang effect happens, rendering nearly all present temporarily blind or disoriented. Baragon lunges into the crowd. 

Just because a predator isn’t always in “hunting mode” doesn’t mean it stops being a predator.
