And here’s some of my actual art, finally.  I feel like they’re passable for someone who started drawing less than a week ago.  Hopefully this ask blog will only lead to me getting better!

Raedia sometimes like to relax in a nice mineral bath instead of floating around in a bubble of recycled water.  It’s her me time.  She only gets it once every month or two.

Couldn’t Trace stay out of trouble for THIS SPECIFIC HALF HOUR. Just ONCE.

Rust’s enmity towards Trace was cemented forever during their first meeting, when he cornered the thief and ordered him to surrender.  It wasn’t until several minutes of threatening charges of resisting arrest before Rust actually checked around the corner and found Trace was already gone - he had activated his stealth suit and slipped past the gorm unnoticed.

Trace tends towards overconfidence more often than not, and while it is an incredibly valuable asset to him, he has become nearly dependent on it, somewhat along the lines of a psychological addition.  Thus, if someone happens to damage or disable his suit, through a lucky shot or EMP attack, he tends to fall to pieces.  He feels vulnerable even when not at work if his suit isn’t functional.

Inevitably, when this happens, he ends up being chewed out by Raedia for being careless with his equipment while he whines about how long it’s taking for her to fix the delicate electronics.
