How to make a moedan egg sandwich.
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1 medium-sized carrot
4–5 slices of ham
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 slices of bread
Whole-grain mustard, to taste
Mayonnaise, to taste
Generously spread mustard and mayonnaise on two slices of bread. On one slice, put on the ham and thin-sliced avocado, followed by the hard-boiled eggs and copious quantities of julienne carrot. Top with the second slice, tightly wrap the sandwich in clear wrap, and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing in half.
