Thanks to @elicalebon for pointing this out. Just because we have only heard about men in #Iran being executed doesn’t mean women aren’t being executed, and of course all the people arrested by the Islamic Republic forces are subjected to horrific torture. As sickening as the executions of #majidrezarahnavard, #mohsenshekari, and #ayoubrigi have been, the IR know that publicly executing women would result in a greater international outcry. The women in the following images are just a few of those who are either “disappeared”, being held in unknown locations, or who are otherwise in grave danger. The final image is of #AidaRostami, a doctor who helped injured protesters and was abducted, tortured, and murdered by IR forces.
