Project M, a smash bros brawl mod that originally was started to add the faster gameplay and physics from smash bros melee to the larger character roster of smash bros brawl. The popularity and poor leadership, along with the fact that it's a bunch of random fighting game kids working on it, has driven it to the point where whoever's working on a character modifies them to play around one gimmicky concept that doesn't make a lot of sense. If the various leakers I've seen on 4chan are anything to go by, there's also a lot of drama and indecision among the people working on it, as you can expect from any fan project ever.
