I’m going on a ride and I will not be getting dehydrated or anything like that because I only eat right and I don’t need to have 8 cups of water a day maybe 2-3 at the most but I went 40 miles yesterday between 1030-2 so I’m not really worried about it. I have oxygen in my water bottle holder!!!! lol
