The terrifying Molasar from “The Keep” (1983).
The book gives a little more background on who Molasar is, though not much. He was never actually a vampire, as he implied to Dr. Cuza...that was just a ruse, nor was Radu ever his first name, nor was he actually Wallachian. Rather, he was a Sorcerer-King from the First Age of Men sealed up for all time at the Keep.
