After receiving some distressing news, Ganondorf triggers the storm of the century. Unfortunately, some local goats don't handle it well and flee. Coerced by the tears of the children (and his own guilt), Ganondorf takes it upon himself to retrieve the lost creatures -- but the goats don't make it easy on him. It's a long afternoon full of jealous rage, goat rage, self-loathing and maybe even an emotional arc.
Side story to my ongoing fic, A Voice From the Desert, but can be read as a standalone piece.

It's finally here! The King of the Desert is a 2 chapter mini-fic detailing Ganondorf's adventure as he throws a jealous fit about his own existence and attempts to wrangle in six wayward goats.
It's also my thank you to everyone who's been reading, commenting, and leaving kudos. I would not still be posting without your support, and I hope this silly little fic shows just how much I love and appreciate all of you.
