During a series against each other, and not waiting until he was safely away from them like some wimps (i.e., Chris Perez) Phillips said that the Cardinals were whiners, then the next game when he came up to bat he tapped it in a manner of respect on Molina--I guess a bunch of players do it to catchers of opposing teams--and Yadi kicked his bat and everyone started fighting
It's not a great story, but it's indicative of how lame Molina is
