when: 5 December 1980 where: The Burrow who: Hollie Hopkirk + Molly Weasley ( @missmollybwease )
The clock was the elephant in the room today, Hollie purposely and swiftly adverting her eyes each instance they subconsciously drifted back. The cuppa full of Tetley’s, three teaspoons of sugar, and clover honey was brought to her lips, the absurd sweetness of it curbing any craving. Momentarily, at least, and it kept her heart at bay. That was something she didn’t need staining her new Weasley jumper today.
“Who in the world taught you all of... this?” Her free hand waved about the common area. Everything was so warm. The welcoming jumper, each knick-knack, even the damn clock. “Oh, bugger, I know you’re a natural. Grace the world with a book full of advice already, won’t you?”
Sheesh
At night with friends| Molly & Lucas
Lucas was thrilled to show Molly the other side of his life, the careless and fun young man everyone loved to hang around and have a blast. It was easy for him to let go of his mind, all inhibitions left behind the moment he walked into the night. Easy to say but rather hard to forget was the fact his mind had been a bit in turmoil lately, he had not seen or talked to Carmen after the night they had spend together, she was his redemption and his doom all in the same time, she was like a virus creeping through his mind and body, one could not be cured, and at this point he didn't know if it was good or bad.
Dressed in a black Armani suit and white button up Lucas Hawthorne was ready to hit the streets, he drove his newest acquisition, a maserati granturismo MC Stradale, it costed him quite much but it was worth it, if he had any addiction or hobbies, it was cars.
He parked before Molly's apartment building and texted her that her carriage had arrived. Lucas leaned over the car and crossed his arms, head turned up as he watched the many stars hanging above his head.
