I hear the pain of some Owlboy fans saying they can't draw Molstrom so intricately in his design...I hear it! 😭
I show you the before / after to prove that sometimes my art scares me 😰

Change of Circumstance by molstrom
I love Logan and Veronica as much as the next fan but I’ve always had that niggling what if when if comes to Weevil? This one diverges from canon at the start of the film. I find something oddly appealing in Veronica being something of the other woman (but not).
More HC sketches! They’re pretty fluffy (except the last one, very sorry to hit you with that today…)
The first sketch showcases Otus’ tendency to doze off against Alphonse because his metal warms up in the sun. Oats needs his rest!
The second sketch is just Solus and Otus being happy friends…oh how I wish to see Solus smile…
The third is a quick doodle of how I believe Otus appreciates his friend’s company! His mood probably changes drastically from seeing Asio and the other owls to being with his little found family.
…And the final one is how I believe Molstrom first reacted to Solus trying to convince him and the pirates to find the owl relics. Don’t worry! Solus is okay…for the most part…he’s got a few broken ribs from being squeezed like an orange but he’ll live :) (Also Molstrom is SO fun to draw)
