~ 30/08/2017 ~ I feel the need to give you all an extensive, honest and well needed update. I have been hiatus for a while, things haven't been great. I was having a very difficult time in terms of my mental health and results day was also a very stressful and upsetting day. So here's where I am at now. I am currently on holiday in Florida having a great time and doing quite a bit better in terms of my health. I am going to get some stationary and bits from Target later!! Will hopefully post pictures! In terms of education, in September I will begin studying Biomedical Science at a good university that is close to my home. It is not the plan I initially prepared for but it's something. I narrowly missed my grades for my Medicine offer and thus am doing Biomedical Science come Sept, and I am now going to be going for Postgraduate Medicine (I am currently still eligible even for Oxford so things aren't all that bad)!! The moral of this post, is not to lose hope. Of course there is no guarantee I will get an offer and so get into Postgraduate Medicine, but if I give up I will never know! There was also no guarantee I would get an Undergraduate Medicine offer and I did that so! My journey may now be a little longer, but I am never giving up on my dream. See you in the Operating Theatre in 10 years! What's meant to be will always find a way.
