XIX-Part 1 || Molly & Arthur, October 30th 1968
Arthur, of course, has a plan. He’d always been good at planning surprises, but Molly was a much more worthy recipient than any of his brothers, or even Frank.
He knew she would be going around to her mother’s that morning for Birthday Breakfast, which would inevitability turn into Birthday Lunch, so he had loads of time. That morning, he’d kissed her goodbye as if he was going to work and then hid out in the hills by the Burrow, waiting for her to leave.
Arthur took the day off, because Arthur was going to attempt to do something thoroughly new and impressive;
Arthur Weasley was going to bake a cake.
